REFUND & RETURN
- As a general rule, we do not accept order cancellations except where we are unable to deliver the product within the announced delivery time due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
- Although we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense in the event of any of the following accidents during shipping.
- If the product is damaged or stained.
- The product is different from the one you ordered.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item for any of the above reasons, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. For return information, please contact our Customer Service.
- All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.
- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
- We do not accept the return of sale items.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured postal service.
- blankproject is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
- We monitor returns to prevent commercial or fraudulent activity. Frequent or repetitive returns may result in account closure or declined future orders.
